Ronnica Warren has lived a life that’s kept her close to home, and to the people she cares about. Some of them are her family, who extend her roots in the region, while others are the ones she serves at Physical Therapy Specialists Clinic.
Even though she doesn’t give direct patient care, Warren’s work as the clinic’s Vice President of Administration plays a significant role in ensuring that those who walk in its doors are cared for.
“It’s always rewarding when you see the differences made in people’s lives, and how after coming here, they can do things they once couldn’t do,” she says.
Warren’s tenure at PTSC began in 1996 when she started as the office’s front desk manager. The move was one from the banking industry, where she had worked for several years, offering her a new opportunity to serve patients – a commitment which has now spanned more than two decades.
“I love being part of patients receiving excellent care,” says Warren. “It’s a really great company to work for.”
That role led to others. In the years since, she has seen great growth at the company, serving as patient account manager, administrative assistant, chief financial officer, chief operations officer, human resource director, Vice President of Administration and now her current role as Chief of Staff.
Those roles have let Warren assist from a top-level view of PTSC’s operations, giving her unique perspective and expertise on its many layers. That knowledge also helps her serve others.
“I am motivated by helping other staff and coworkers experience success with their daily tasks,” she says.
When she’s not working, Warren enjoys going on adventures with her three kids.
